A complete history of the round C12th Templar church in the London Inns of Court.  Hardback. 152 pages, a tissue-guarded frontispiece, 12 pages of plates, and a folding plan.  In vellum-backed blue cloth, top edges gilt, the spine ornately decorated in gilt, and the front cover decorated with gilt emblems.  This is the first edition (1893).  Slight discolouration to end papers, otherwise in very good condition with no inscriptions or library markings.  Cat No A270ea
