Cut into the northern cliff of Wuzhou Mountain in Shanxi Province 1500 years ago in the Wei period.  Yungang Grottoes are on of the largest ancient cave groups in China.  The grottoes stretch for one kilometres and consist of 53 caves that contain more than 51,000 statues of various sizes.  Six colour souvenir postcards of the grottoes and its statues contained in an illustrated card folder.  Good clean condition.  Cat No N177
