The ruins of the grandest of all public baths in the Roman empire as depicted in eight b&w postcards bound as a souvenir booklet with an accompanying  twenty page illustrated essay by the lead excavator which also includes a reconstructed plan of the baths as they originally appeared.  Slight rusting to staples, otherwise in remarkably fine condition for its age.  Cat No A282
