Lengthy report on the result of excavations that took place between 1972-75 on a former occupation site adjacent to Gloucester Cathedral and covering all periods from Roman to Post-Medieval.  Occupation layers are discussed and accompanied by archive photographs and large fold-out sectional plans of the dig.  Small finds are reported and illustrated.  They include Roman and medieval brooches, strap ends, roof tiles and clay pipes.  Large format paperback.  96 pages.  Good condition.  Cat No 2872
