The only detailed report availaable on the unique and large silver amphora recovered from the Tuscan sea by a fisherman in 1968 and likely dating from the C4th.  Its construction method and metallurgy are discussed followed by identification of many of the figures depicted on the 132 oval medallions that cover its surface and whose method of attachment is also conjectured.  Paperback.  30 pages.  Many photographs of the vase’s detail.  Text in Italian.  Very good clean condition.  Cat No 3767
