A full colour guide to one of the most remarkable medieval tapestries in existence which was created in the C14th and depicts the Revelation of St John. Originally produced in six sections each 24 metres long depicting 90 scenes from the Book of Revelation of which 71 scenes still survive.  The recent removal of backing lining has revealed the original colour of the needlework and this book superimposes the back side colours onto the front side tapestry to show its original appearance.  Large colour photographs showing many panels and some of their details.
