The results of the first archaeological excavations undertaken at Kangerlussuaq Fjord on the East coast of Greenland.  In particular descriptions of the artefacts recovered from an Inuit woman's grave that included a fine needle case and bodkins of walrus ivory, two well-preserved wooden vessels, and beads and a necklace of bear teeth, all thought to date from C18th and illustrated in two black-and-white plates.  Paperback.  28 pages.  Good clean condition.  Cat No 3267
