The M40 extension from Stokenchurch to Waterstock west of the Chiltern scarp was preceded by archaeological excavations that exposed, among others, a medieval village at Tetsworth, Iron age hut circles at Great Milton, and an Anglo-Saxon cemetery at Postcombe.  Reports on these sites are presented in this book alongside site plans and photographs.  Paperback.  40 pages.  Good clean condition.  Cat No 3635
